La decorazione del ristorante con i ninja mi ha colpito positivamente, creando un'atmosfera autentica giapponese. Il cibo era ben presentato e delizioso. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e accogliente.

Eat here regularly and it's always amazing. Food is so tasty and beautifully presented. Highly recommend beef tataki, honey chicken and the salmon supreme is to die for ! Only danger is over eating because it's so good you want to order more . Ken is a phenomenal chef and Sophie always friendly and welcoming. Meal last week was incredible. Wonderful service with a smile ( thank you Minami 😊) 10/10

This was our second time dining here I don't normally write reviews but people have to know how wonderful this restaurant really is...firstly our server was Fantastic! Warm welcoming and friendly easy to talk to extremely helpful making us feel welcome....now the food...oh my goodness everything we ordered was sublime!!! You could see the care and skill in every dish, visually stunning! and the taste was just next level...we ordered 4 dishes to share and a main each from the Tuna to the muscles, chicken and fi ally my bowl of Raman and my beloveds Salmon....just beautiful no other way to describe the whole experience...and the kicker was the price we paid $130 for 4 starters to share a main each two ciders and a ginger beer...stunned and the reason we left a small tip...Please if local to New Plymouth you have to dine here and if visiting our amazing region this is a must visit restaurant. A truly sincere thankyou to the wonderful team of SUSHI NINJA 🥷 and you will be seeing us again xox

For dinner as an isakaia needs to serve smaller less cost portions so you can enjoy a larger variety of the menu. We nzers need to be taught to eat a bigger variety of food in smaller portions for our health. A big meat and 2 vegies doesnt work at a japanese restaurant. Nzers expect big meals thats why sushi in nz has to much rice around them in most sushi places. If you go to japan you will understand.

Fascinating! Thumbs up for their ramen! Can be said as the most authentic ramen soup I have ever tried in New Zealand. Warm soup cold day, what a combi!

Freshest salmon sashimi ever. I've been missing this and I had to find this in New Plymouth. My 8yo and I were fighting over the pieces!!! We also had the grilled salmon and unagiri rolls and it was just sublime. The spicy sesame ramen was also a hit. Broth was divine and noodles just the right tenderness. Been to Japan and yes this can compete with the food from there.
